semicolon: I was dianosed with endo just over a year ago at 18 (had my first lap last may.) I'm not really sure about the adhesions. The only thing my surgeon told me was that I had stage two endo and it was pretty much rampant. like, everywhere. I've always been a swimmer and recently picked up yoga both of which are still fine but the moment I run the pain is just unbareable. The pain doesn't go away at all. The one time I managed to push through it I stopped in the middle of the city and did yoga on the footpath for twenty minutes but obviously I won't be able to do that in a race. Congrats on the half - I am working towards that for next year. More yoga is the answer I guess. Thanks

Ok, sorry to ask a dumb question, but can anyone point me to the thread about Surgeon/Doctors in the DC/Virginia/Maryland area? I can't find it...*hangs head*
