Hi everyone, i wanted to give an update on my on-going organic food diet. I started last month at the end of my period. I have been eating all organic meats, cheese, milk, bread, mac n cheese, drinks, cookies.. everything! i pretty much eliminated pop. I am also taking Omega-3 Vitex, red raspberry leaves and wild yam. I am now over my period for this month and I didn't cry in pain once! I kept on top of what very little pain i had by taking ponstel. If i deviate from my diet and eat something that is not organic, it usually makes me feel worse and my pain will flare up. I may not know the total effects of this diet for another month yet, but so far so good!!!! ;D

That sounds great.
I am on the second week of a detox/cleanse. Started with only vegan organic food whole grains and steamed veggies, and now into liquid raw food.
I start with a smoothie in the morning that has a super green probitic formula. Lots of energy from that. I make soups using sprouts, avocado, greens, beets, carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, raw tahini, young coconut juice and miso paste. Its actually delicious. I have lost about 5 pounds and feel good except for a bit tired due to not taking my vitamin B. ( no supplememts during a cleanse.) I am also off the pill, for good!
I am looking forward to thanksgiving, in the hopes that everyone brings an organic dish. I am supplying and cooking the turkey...

Hello: I'm almost all organic, but I'm staying away from cheese, even organic cheese, it's bad for inflamation. even my dark chocolate is organic......................I do not eat meat, only fish and some organic chicken.........lots of salads, smooties (fruits), lots of omega 3 (flax oil) to keep my bowels working every day. I take vitalzym, vitex, omega 3.6. and 9, estrosense, vitamin c and green drinks once in a while. I try to stay away from fast food and wine....I gave up my best food (barbecue chips) . But I'm feeling better, also doing yoga and EFT.......
