Me, him, and the girl that works for me were all in a meeting in the board room with about 10 other people. I'm trying to get her to behave professionally in meetings. And the pair of them, sat about 5 feet away from each other, sit sniggering having some obviously inappropriate conversation on company instant messaging! How am I supposed to build a professional team when he behaves like that??? Idiot man!!! I hate him!!!

So my husband is out of town for a seminar and calls me today to tell me he's going to go see the Jacka$s 3D movie with two coworkers, even though he knew we had plans to see it together and have been anticipating this moving coming out for weeks. I'd hate to be THAT wife but I'm so upset! We were waiting to see it together!!! GOD he makes me so mad! I'm so lame, I feel like he's choosing his stupid coworkers over me. |

OK I'm frustrated. I just want a freakin primary care doctor. I called all over the place and I keep getting the "12 week wait period" speech or some other weird crap happens where I can't see them. Then I call this doctor's office by where I live and I tell the receptionist that I want a PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR. She f*cking made an appointment with a damn PA! I don't want to see a PA I want a DOCTOR. She totally lied to me!! I want a DOCTOR to follow my care!!!!
I'm so mad!!!

Ugh, frustrating! Any chance you can at least go to urgent care for now? Know it's not ideal, but... And as for the PA, to be honest, some of my better appointments were with a PA!

Yeah Jenaya, I gotta be honest. I prefer my PA, she at least didn't just give up on me and send me off to the nearest town to waste hundreds of dollars in gas to be told they can't help me... ugh! She has also believed me when very few would. That is something that is priceless. I had to go back to the other doc at the clinic while she was on personal leave and I was so p*ssed off as she completely ignored anything I said. What a freaking waste of an appointment. I'm still seething at that and it was a couple of weeks ago. If the doctor is going to be such a b*tch and ignore me then at least don't waste my time right? UGH

What I ended up doing was keeping the appointment for friday and then making another appointment with a primary care doctor. This doctor is apparently very popular in this area, one of the best so I'll do the damn waitlist to have him be my primary. For now, I'll pick the PA's mind to see what's going on.
I've had good experiences with PAs too so I shouldn't be too harsh. It's just that when I get asked "who's your primary care doctor" I can't exactly write down a PA's name.
Now nurse practioners, OMG I've had nothing but bad experiences not only seeing them as a patient but working with them as well. UGH lol.
All in all, I hope the PA can help me.

I have a cold to add to my feeling generally gnarly. I just hate viruses, they're so common but they can really kick the crap out of you and I don't need to feel like this right now.
Oh also at this gig the other night, my friend followed this girl who was pushing her way to the front. People were annoyed because I'm at least 6'2" in heels and had no right to be pushing in, I hated to do it. Which probably explains why some guy p*ssed on the the backs of our legs. I was so shocked by this warm stream that I assumed it was just warm beer (the venue was hot hot) but I woke up on Sunday, fake lashes and full make-up still on, cos I'm so classy... and I had a rash on the back of my left leg. And it all came flooding back. I took a furtive sniff at the material back of my pleather pants and it was pee. I only know this because my nephew tinkled on me by accident last week whilst potty training. Oh I freaked out. People are so weird and disgusting.

We have an awful, awful woman at work. When I first started there, she made my life hell. Was completely manipulative, made me out to be a bad person (though I caught her in a lie several times and called her out...) She got talked to on several occasions and the last time, she was told that if she was so unhappy, they'd be happy to give her time off to interview elsewhere. She asked to be fired instead, though I have no idea why they didn't... Anyway, she pulled some more crap a few weeks ago and it got so bad that her manager refused to manager her anymore! (Still don't know why they didn't fire her...) Anyway, found out today that she accepted another job elsewhere! The kicker? She's going around telling a ton of people in the office, but isn't going to give her notice to her boss until MONDAY! Who the hell does something that stupid?? While I'm thrilled that b!tch will be long gone, I'm still annoyed at her antics up until the end. Some of the girls and I were saying we should go out for drinks once she's gone and I can't WAIT!
Oh, and the funny thing is that a few people have already given her new manager a head's up... I suspect they'll have something lined up so that when she gives her notice, they'll ask her to leave immediately! Karma's a b!tch, and she has plenty of awful coming her way!

Jen - I actually have had any PA that I've seen be worth something. In fact, the last one I saw was the one who actually paid attention to my f*cking chart, saw that I'd been trying to control my symptoms, was at a loss, suggested endo, and referred me to a specialist. It's retarded that people don't listen, though.
Cherry - OMFG, I HATE BODILY FLUIDS, AND WOULD'VE FREAKED THE F*** OUT. OH my God. If you ever see that guy, again, drop a used tampon in his beer.
Karen - YAY!!! OH that's got to be such a huge relief. I may have something to tell you guys, in the next few months, that may be along the same line... I just don't want to jinx it.
My bitch for the day: Yet again, the c*cksuckers downstairs. It's been going on for about 7 hours, now. I can't even take a nap in my own apartment, and that's important, when you have migraine hangover. Every word that comes out of their mouth is at YELLing volume. They don't know what "outside voice" or "volume less than 10 on the stereo" mean.
