WTF....Everyone is REALLY frustrating me lately.
My fiance's brother is getting married in a few weeks. Let me preface this by saying I really do love them all very much, they are all great people. BUT...like all families they drive me batsh*t crazy sometimes.
My son is in the wedding, Yesterday I talked to my fiance (who works at the bridal shop where the tuxes are getting rented), I said I need to find out what my son will be wearing because if it's a tux I need to bring him in next weekend to get fitted. I asked the bride about it and she said a tux but they want to wait until the last possible minute to get him fitted, I asked my fiance about it because it's a little bit frustrating that she didn't tell me when she found that out (but she's stressed so I'll give her a pass), and he says he knew that already. So i ask when someone was going to tell me, and his response was "why do you need to know?" Uh....I'm his mom and I schedule his stuff??? Then i said he should have told me that yesterday when we were talking about it and he says we never talked about it. GRRR.....
The bridal shower is today. My fiance's sister is planning it all. She's great at planning parties however she's been working like 60 hours a week for the past month and really has no time to plan. I've been calling and e-mailing for a week trying to find out when something was going to be at my house, no calls, no texts, no e-mails. She's been e-mailing about other party stuff, so she should respond back to my question is she wants to be handle something. My fiance just talked to his brother about it and he got all snappy at him that she's just really busy. Well, if your too busy to handle what comes with planning a party, maybe you shouldn't plan it.
GRRRR.....
It's been a really hot and humid summer and we've had no relief from the heat at all for a few weeks so I think the heat is really starting to wear on everyone (myself included), but I just wish everyone would take off their crabby pants.
