I couldn't find anything about this, so sorry if there is something written about it already on here.
I was just wondering how many people have issues with cartlidge-looking stuff (sometimes with blood in it) coming out when you pee? Recently, I have it (sometimes bigger pieces) come out almost everytime I pee. It makes me concerned about what's growing on my insides, maybe even bladder area. But, at the same time, I wonder if it's good; if the endo is coming out more and more? Anyway, just wondering how normal this is for people with endo and what it might mean (more endo that normal or...)?
Any input is appreciated! Thanks so much!

Erm, not, that's never happened to me, or anyone else I know. Have you discussed this with your doc? I really think you should.....

Is it coming out of your vagina (which would be related to your uterus/cervix) or urethra (which would be your ureters/bladder)? Keep in mind that endo is inside your pelvic cavity and in most cases doesn't come out. Best talk to your doc about your concerns!

Is it just cervical fluid? Or is it actually hard?

It's not hard..just soft tissue looking. For some reason, I thought Endo could get in your bladder, but I guess that's just on the outer walls. I will mention it to the doc, but I think it's been a pretty normal thing for as long as I can remember.... it was just not as normal to see blood in with it sometimes.
Thanks for the help!

Could be cervical fluid, maybe some spotting? Are you close to ovulation? Cervical fluid tends to get a bit thicker around then (and it'll sink when dropped in water), and some women have spotting when they ovulate. But if it's not normal for you, best to get it checked out!
Endo inside the bladder might be possible, but I haven't heard of it.

I've had an experience like this.
Before I was diagnosised I was put on the Depo shot to see if it would help any before having to do an lapro. A few days after getting the shot I had one of the worst pain attacks ever. I had severe cramping that was very deep and I was in bedridden. Vicodin wasn't even touching the pain. In the middle of the night I woke up to more pain and I went in the bathroom expecting to have a bowel movement and a big chunk of something came out. It was soft but firm and had blood on it. Then the next day I had a blood clot the size of a tampon in a wrapper. But it hasn't happened since.

I almost always have bits of stuff coming out when I pee. I don't know how to describe it better. It's small(size of a dime?) Sometimes it's pink, sometimes white, sometimes red. Asked my doc and said it's probably nothing(grrrr!). A couple years back, I passed what turned out to be an endometrial polyp the size of a freakin orange! These bits, as I call them, even sometimes look like a sperm magnified by 1000x. So weird.

I had this happen.. I freaked out it almost looked like pieces of a cut rubber band.. I called my Dr right away. I was told it was dried up blood coming out and nothing to worry about.. Remember though everyone is different so make sure you call your Dr.

I think this may be what happened to me a few days ago. It looked like what MustangGirl said: a piece of rubber band but I have been spotting for over a week and I had had major lower back pain just before this happened.. Freaked me out too...
