Sorry I havent posted in a while, been really busy. I am happy to say that as of Saturday, I'll have been medication free(except sleeping pills) for 3 whole weeks!!!!
The doctors are doing some tests to figure out why my left leg and arm get numb, tingly and cold(not heart related) but still have not taken meds. Ive probably pinched a nerve somewhere but will post that in the appropriate place.
This is a rave for myself as I was taking narcotic pain meds nearly every day for 2 years.
I have not had major abdomen pain or anything. Not sure what changed but im glad it did.

Woooooooooooo hooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! That's awesome, Pam! Do you feel like just a totally different person now?
(And as for that tingly, best to get it checked out of course, but have you ruled out the sleeping pills? Those always had weird side effects for me, really strange ones.)

Actually, other than my prescribed Provera, I'm on a few painkillers a week. Sometimes just paracetemol, occasionally 1 diclofenac. My bowels are liking me better for it I think!

Being medication-free is quite nice. Glad you're not needing it, lately. Lucky girl!
I think the Nuva Ring is working out nicely enough for me that I don't need anything but muscle relaxers, between cycles. I've decided to go perpetual, for a while - it seemed to work out, the last time I decided to skip a cycle. Still get the hip stabbing, but not like it used to be.

Well done Pam that's great! I'm also med free for a while now, tried to take paracetamol last week and it made me so ill. So are you noticing feeling generally 'better'? I think there's a lot to be said about how pain relief can make you feel rubbish so hope you're feeling brighter without them too
