On the flip side of the 'knackered/exhausted' posted I thought I'd do one for when we want to rave about having a good day. I slept pretty well last night, woke up at 6.30, up at 6.45, no panic getting ready for work...good mood all day. Sweet! I went to bed at 10, took some supplements last night including calcium/magnesium and B vits. Feeling canny!

I didn't know where to put this... feel free to move it to a better- suited spot, mods. I had the best day yesterday that I have had in a looooooong time! I just HAD to share! I have been super miserable (more then usual) lately. I have had terrible allergies, and terrible pain, and super fatigued and...well, you gals know how it goes. Anyways, yesterday I walked to the grocery store (1/2 mile away) in 100+ degree heat, and walked back with a ton of groceries.. ick I thought that alone would send me over the edge and put me in a fetal-position, bed-ridden state for the rest of the day. But...Nothing happened! I cleaned the house and cooked my husband a delicious dinner... I thought for sure that the pain was just delayed and that it would catch up with me any second... Still nothing! THEN... After I did the laundry, my husband asked me when we would play tennis again together (I haven't been able to for about a year because of the pain and fatigue). I thought about it for a second and realized that I was feeling great! I even had quite a bit of energy! So, I said "yes", and we played tennis for about 3 HOURS! I even schooled him on a few shots haha!! I was still waiting for that pain to creep up on me and ruin everything, but it never came. I was so happy to be normal again, even if it was only for a day. It was such a relief to take a break from endo. I do hope that you gals will share similar experiences, if possible. I enjoy reading endo-defying happy things.
