Ok! I don't know what the hell this is about or if it has anything to do with endo or if it is hormones or if i'm just going frickin crazy! I go from hot to cold to hot to cold millions of times a day. When i'm hot i get sweaty and start getting cold sweats. I think my thermometer is broken!! Its driving me crazy. I'm not on any hormone treatments and the last time the doctors checked my hormone levels are 'normal', whatever that means. I feel like i'm 80 most of the time when i'm in pain, so the hot flashes aren't helping! I'm only 24, i shouldn't be feeling like i'm going through menopause. SHEESH!

Have you asked a doctor? That sounds pretty unpleasant, I'd go get it checked it, even if they just run a couple of blood tests.

Sounds like hormones to me. Is there any sort of pattern to them? Or is it food related in any way? Are you on BC?
Hoping you get some relief!

I've mentioned it to doctors, and they seem to glaze over it, or just not really acknowledge it and focus on my other symptoms. There seems to be no pattern whatsoever! They come and go as they please and I haven't noticed any correlation to food. I am on Birth Control and have been for many years. I have been on continual birth control for at least 3 years. I'm going for my 5th lap surgery in about a month, but its driving me up the wall until then!! I'm hoping the surgery will make a difference.

Hmm, wonder if the BC is to blame? Is it a combination pill, or progesterone only? Have you recently switched pills?

I'm on Seasonale, its a combination pill. I haven't recently switched. I've been on this one for at least a couple of years.

I was on seasonale for almost 4 months recently and I had hot and cold sweats all the time and THE WORST MOOD SWINGS...I pretty much had all the symptoms that comes with that pill except the weight gain the only one I could actually use!

I guess that is probably what it is then. That kinda sucks, cause i'm going to have to just stay on it until my surgery...in a month. I guess i'll put up with it, but these hot flashes are really starting to drive me nuts!

My dr told me to go off it...but the night sweats were the least of my concerns. I hope you feel better!
