Hey Ladies! First off I know I have been MIA for a while since everything that's happened in my life i haven't been in a good place so I was not posting but trying to check in once in a while..
I feel I have to post now because my endo is getting worse and worse. January I hurt the whole month and I haven't seen a doctor for a year now, which is i think because my lack of faith in them since my Dads passing.. I'm afraid my determinedness to stay off meds was a BIG mistake though..There is no real local doctor i can go to either.. and it hurts soo bad when my bladder is full these days which when i asked my bf and mom "you know when you really have to go but you hold it and it hurts sooo bad" to which they both responded "No. I don't get that."
Stabby, pinchy, burning pain like usual.. and then now the sh*ts. And a while back i had a post about weird gooey stuff (like a snot consistency) coming outta my cooter.. and the board was calling ovulation... well now I have had that stuff come out my other hole before bowel movements... Am I alone on this weird experience??
I was just reading up on some old post mentioning Endometriosis:The Complete Reference to Taking Charge of Your Health so i really think i'll try to go get that today and be enlightened..
I guess it also just helps telling someone about what is actually going on with me.

Oh my goodness! So sorry you're not having an easy time of things.
Read what you can, and do what you can to at least try to make yourself comfortable.
Painful urination is worrisome, however, so I think you might have to bite the bullet, and see a doctor, at least to rule out a urinary tract infection. Those can get dangerous VERY quickly. As far as the other symptoms, I would see if sticking to foods/beverages you know don't cause you any digestive/endo upset, and see if it doesn't calm down, after a few days. You should stick to plenty of clear liquids, as well, and see if that helps. See if cutting out a lot of dairy gets rid of the gooey "other hole" stuff, or not eating fried foods. I've had that before, but I think it's because I was just eating really terribly, at the time, and was under a lot of stress.

I have a vegan diet already. So cutting out dairy is done ^_^ Its weird i usually just drink water or tea. I'm trying the BRATT (Bananas, Rice, Apples, Tea, Toast.) diet to see if that helps.
I have had a lot of stress lately though so maybe its just things combined. I appreciate your response!

Hmm, I just read something the other day about mucus coming out of your bunghole, and it had something to do with your body not being able to properly process what you eat. "Normally, bacteria in the large intestine digests sugars that were not completely digested in the small intestine. This results in a large amount of gas formation. Gas and toxins are absorbed into the blood, detoxified in the liver and discarded in the urine. The gases are not readily absorbed into the blood and are expelled rectally. These irritants affect the bowel and produce an inflammatory response that can cause bleeding and excess mucous formation." (Read the whole article on IBS here: www.loomisenzymes.com/articles.aspx?i=9 - there are several other good, short articles on other things, too, that might be of use?) I'm certainly not saying that's your problem - there obviously could be something more going on - but it might be one angle to investigate. As for the painful urination, I had that for a few months and it SUCKED. Turns out they could never find anything wrong with my bladder, didn't find anything on it, so it was assumed that all the inflammation going on in my pelvis just caused the irritation. Once the inflammation started going away, so did the bladder problems. I'm with Sunshine - best to get that checked out, though! In the meantime, avoid foods like citrus, caffeine, and other bladder irritants. As for your lack of faith in docs, that's just something that you're going to have to get past. Each doc is different and each situation is different. Don't punish yourself by not going! Has your job/insurance situation had any changes? Oh, and let me know what you think of the book! It's my endo bible!!
