Thought I'd start this thread to post some comments about the things we like in our lives, to make us think of the positives and hopefully give other people some ideas on the little things that can cheer us up.
I like:
Using my Clarins skin care (have quite a bad obsession) A nice glass of wine in front of something good on the telly A meal in one of of my fave restaurants Spending time with my best friends A piece of delish 70% cocoa chocolate A goooood cup of coffee
Have a great weekend!!!

Mexican Hot pizza from dominos, minus the green peppers, plus garlic butter My boobs being back to their normal size. They're still tiny but I love my little bosoms and it helps my self esteem cos I lost a lot of weight on GnRH My cute cat rolling around on the floor and chirruping. It's so much cuter than any other cat cos she's so so pretty and tiny First cup of tea in the morning My hair when it's first washed and dried White chocolate mousse Hugs off my boy cat Quality time alone with a good book

Oh yes home alone karaoke is a winner! As is the lingerie. You should model it for hubby too, he knows exactly who he married and would be very glad of his wife looking sexy cos she feels sexy I'm sure And another cheeky one from me... cakes!

Great thread! Tons of things make me happy, but here are a few:
- Anything that involves good friends and laughter. - Laying on my bed in the afternoon with my cat in the dead of winter with the sun streaming in the windows. I call it a sun bath! - Snuggling in the morning with someone worth snuggling. - A good glass of wine in my jammies (that's my agenda for tonight!) - Grilling out with friends. - That (good) tired feeling after an ass-kicking workout. - Hanging out with my dad, puttering on something around the house together.

-walking on crunchy snow in the silence of a crisp winter night -waking up after sleeping in, and being so comfortable and warm you don't want to get up -building or fixing something -the smell of anything with cinnamon coming out of the oven -Pie! I love pies of mostly any kind -Playing pick up sports with friends

Mmmmm, I like this thread. Smiling already. - Chocolate. Anything chocolate. Especially milk chocolate. - Dancing full out for three or four hours, then folding up the sore muscles and collapsing on the couch. Maybe with hot chocolate - The happy-brain-feeling when an experiment works out just the way I predicted it would. ...er, this one's rare, mind you. - Singing out loud in my wee car (it's a mini cooper - it looks like it's smiling too!) - Fuzzy slippers, a warm bathrobe, and a thimble of smokey scotch. - A great big pile of all my favorite books, and an afternoon free to read them in. - The smiling eyes of the guy I love.

-Waking up to Sumatra in the automatic coffee maker, even when it's on a sh*tty week day. -That first inkling of fall, and the first inkling of winter. I like the hush that falls over everything. -Hall and Oates on the radio. -When a whole evening of radio broadcasts is dedicated to 80s club/dance music. -Open-toed heels, and the perfect metallic pedicure. -Acqua di Gio; it smells like love and happiness, on a sticky summer night in Dallas. -Uggs. They make my feet so happy. -Goosedown comforters, and hiding under one all day, while it snows balls outside. -Champagne and a hilarious movie. -Mimosas and brunch (but mostly, mimosas). -My cat's glorious belly fur. She's a ragdoll, so it's soft, like a bunny. -That warm cuddly feeling I get on the inside, when I lie on her belly and listen to her purr. -Tommy Girl. My signature scent. It makes me happy, because it's like liquid Man Magnet. -That special rush after the fourth RedBull & Grey Goose. -Tourette's Guy. -Old School video games. -60s & 70s fashion and music. -Fetish Man. -Watching finches hophophop around. -Terriers. -A fresh Morticia Brown dye job. -Pizza, beer, and bowling. -Nightly phone call to Mom. We laugh pretty much the whole time. -Holidays with family, especially since the arrival of the nephews. We pretty much laugh the whole time.

Come on ladies!!! We need more things to keep us smiling during these hard times, it's good to focus on the positives now and again and we've got a lot of newbies who can add to this now. I'm doing two of my originals now - drinking nice red wine and eating verrry good dark chocolate!

The sound of a tumultuous ocean, and how the ceaseless crashing makes all of the noise in your head, your soul, your life... just... fall away.
A nasty thunderstorm, and the way it releases all of the tension in your mind and soul and body. Kind of like a couple of shots after a long, hard work week.
I second Karen on the sexual tension. It's absolutely delicious.
When things turn out to be even more spectacular than you'd imagined, even if you're VERY imaginative, and have been imagining certain things for a VERY long time.
Fat babies. Smiling, fat babies. I love them. Especially when they're wearing little suits. Yay!
The way a song or a fragrance can take you somewhere else... instantly.
Certain songs that sneak up on you with their sexiness.
Sleepless nights that are sleepless for good reasons.
