I just have to spill this. I just found out today I am going to be a AUNT again. My twin sister is pregnant. I am horrible at secrets and she knows it but since none of you know her I am sure it will be fine. It is so exciting I feel like I am the one having a baby. She has two daughters already 13 and 7 so I am hoping for a baby boy. This could not have come at a better time! She has endometriosis too and was thinking of maybe getting a hysterectomy too but her and her husband wanted one more. They started trying last month and BAM now she is pregnant. It is such a blessing and I am so Happy for her. If you are on my FaceBook my last status update is all about the new baby! I can't say it tho because she doesnt want me to tell anyone yet. We go on monday to the doctor. My doc who just did my hyster! She will be high risk but we are crossing our fingers all will be ok. Her last pregnancy was pretty rough. She ended up in a wheel chair and bed rest. Her lining on her cervix is thin because of issues with cervical cancer but she carried my nieces full term. I can not wait to got into Dr. Domingo with her and see him for a good reason! I am bouncing off the walls with JOY right now:)

Her first daughter Kayla got my middle name which is Renee' so I am thinking of another name already. I would be happy with a boy or a girl. The names I have picked are Sophia for a girl (greek meaning WISDOM) and for a boy Ashton. My sisters husband likes Brady for a boys name. I am sure I will change the names a million times before the baby comes but those are my ideas for now. When my neice was born we changed the name 2 minutes before they signed the birth certificate. She was going to be named Victoria Grace after my great grandmother but my sister changed it to Kayla Renee' so she would have the same intials and middle name as me:) Kayla acts exactly like me too! I am not sure that was my sisters plan but hey she has the name so what did she expect. A shopaholic with a attitude just like her Aunt! LOL!

I have more wonderful news! My friend Meg and her husband got the ok to adopt from CHINA! A year from now she will be going over for 2 weeks to pick out her baby girl. It has been so hard for her she has a pace maker and already has 2 sons but wanted a girl her and her husband decided to apply to Korea only to be turned down because of the pace maker. China however accepted them. Meg is like a sister to me so I am am Auntie Keri for 2. It will be so niceto have little babies around to hold and cuddle and then give back to mom and dad when Seth and are done with our baby fix. LOL!

We found out last week that she is not having twins:( They did a ultrasound and found that she has one baby growing and a fibroid tumor about the same size as the baby. She is going into our doctor to figure out what to do next she is planning on having a hysterectomy when the baby is delivered. She has Endo, fibriods and on top of that a very thin cervix. Her pregnancy will prob eventually be bed rest and stiches to keep the baby in so she does not have a premature birth. We are all still very happy tho and thinking positive about it. She is my twin sister and 2 minutes older so she is fighter just like me!

Whoa fibroids freak me out. I'm glad that although a single baby, it's a healthy baby with a strong mother. And Kat Von D for an aunt, kick ass! You seem like such a fun family btw!

Thanks Cherry:) This fibroid at first did not seem like it would be a issue I have had them but never while I was carrying a baby. I had a d&c to remove mine but of course they can not do that for her since she has a baby growing too. This is my sisters first time having one and the first thing she did after the ultra sound is go google fibriods and of course up pops all the worse stuff that could happen! I told her do not google it but she could not help it. Cherry is right FIBROIDS can freak anyone out! She works in the medical field so she see's what Web MD has done to people! I know she just had to know all the details but the doc will go over it all with her and the internet is sometims the worse place for medical info. She had to tell me all the stuff it said and now I am sick about it. Sympathy pains I suppose her and I are so close. I still will not google it but will ask all my Endo girls if they have experience with fibriods while carrying a baby? Any of you ever had them? Thanks everyone I would rather hear a real experience with it then just a random google definition. I know fibroids are different for everyone mine were big but some stay small. I am hoping for this one to just disappear! I know that can't happen but I do not want it near my sister's baby and causing problems for her.....

Unfortunately I've not got any advice to offer, and I'm well versed in internet based freak outs so I sympathise. Cyberchondria is on the rise! I know fibroids can feed off oestrogen, so here's hoping that as the pregnancy progresses, the fibroid will shrink as you would find with endo deposits. Fingers are crossed for her

We found out yesterday she is having a girl:) Ava or Willow are the names her and her husband are thinking about. She wants Willow so I think that will be the name. Mommy always wins that fight LOL. I am having a lunch for her tomorrow I picked up a fluffy blanket that says Thank Heaven for Little Girls. She has been very depressed this pregnancy just sad about being sick alot and she is taking zofran but it is not helping. I wanted to perk her up a little with a get together with friends and gifts for the baby. It should be fun.....I will keep everyone posted on the big day and any other baby stuff. We are making a nursery at my house too(I will be watching the baby a few hours a week for her while she works) once I get started I will post pictures:)
