With one month till my wedding, i went and had my first fitting yesterday. And of course, courtesy of my wonderful friends lupron, and celexa i have gained some weight, no biggie right? You just let the dress out, buy a corsete and everything is good to go! WRONG-O i have a chiffon dress and the semestress assured me that there was no possible way to let the dress out. So here i am, one month away from my wedding and my next fitting in two weeks. I am going to be living at the gym like a mad person ( like cass) and living off of water and fruit. I just hope that my fiance will still want to marry me after i turn into this super bridezilla because i cant eat anything!!!!!!!!!! CRAP!

Oh, no!!!! I had something similar happen when I was a bridesmaid - only I couldn't blame it on any meds. Luckily, they were 2-piece outfits so I just switched tops with another girl and it was a win-win for both of us. But I know that feeling of panic!!
If it helps, I've been tracking my calories on sparkpeople.com. It's a freebie website and can give you meal plans, exercise plans, etc. if you need some motivation or something different! They can tell you how many calories you need to eat/burn in order to reach your goal.
Good luck!!!

live at the gym ma friend! i went hard at hte gym last week and in 7 days lost 3 kilos! i also vut out sugar and its amazing how much difference it makes!
i think i overdid it massively though as i had yesterday and today off work its like that stupid virus i had back in feb achey all over mainly in knees and hands and feels like im coming down with something... does this happen to anyone else??
anyway, you have a goal, how much weight do you plan on losing in 4 weeks?? i remember asking my gynae 2 years ago if gnrh would make me put on weight and he said alot of ppl blame the medication but its about being sensible with what you eat.
you will look stunning regardless... i highly reccommend spinning classes if you arent in too much pain hun.
dont stress! you want to enjoy the lead up.

Oh noo!! That must be so stressful...however the best thing you can do is try not to stress too much! Impossible huh, but they will make everything worse and put you all out of whack.
If you haven't already, try cutting out wheat and sugar as these are two things which can make a big difference (so i've heard, me of the no will power hasn't road tested it myself) and get lots of fresh fruit and veggies.
Let us know how you go, and you know who to speak to (cass) if you need inspiartion or motivation!
