That's a good way to do all the prep work on sunday, as when I am to tired to make supper during the week that's when we go out....I'll give that a try. Thank you.

Yeah, a friend suggested it to me and, to be honest, I had never even CONSIDERED it until then! On the weeks where I can plan ahead, I do awesome. On the weeks where I don't, well, that's when I run into problems. And, honestly, having a clue as to what I'll be eating that week takes away a lot of the look-in-the-fridge-to-see-what-I-can-binge-on feeling. Doesn't mean I'm a saint all the time, but it certainly helps! Took me a few weeks to figure out what a week's worth of food/meals really consists of, but I'm doing much better now.

Okay, I think my endo diet is over, I ate only things on the diet yesterday, and spend all of yesterday so incredible bloated....I had to change my pants....Also my Husband is now not eating what I make as he hates, lentils, beans, and chickpeas....We had chickpea stew for supper....I think I'll go and look at the IR diet book after work today. The food/pain journal has now been going for three days, and I have learned that I am experiencing the same symptoms as before I tried the diet (which has been for 1 1/2 months now). And I really like food, but who doesn't?

Hi misst, how are you doing with the food at the moment? Is the IR diet working for you? It's funny because I used to be very bloated but on the endo-diet this is competely gone. I do eat completely gluten free though. My main triggers for bloating are fiber and sugar. Hope you have found somethign that works for you!

Hi, I haven't tried the IR diet yet, though I bought the book, I decided that I would start new after christmas....As there is just to much good food to eat. But I plan to start the IR diet in January, exersize every day, have accupuncure, and maybe with all that, I will feel better. I am still extrememly bloated, and I don't eat wheat. I also have continual leg pain (not sure why)For example I just finished lunch and my stomach looks like I am 6 months pregnant....I had last nights chicken, potatoe, and peas, and an apple for dessert, with water to drink....Thank you for your comments.

Apparently it's better for you not to drink during a meal, as it slows down digestion due to diluting stomach juices.
