I couldnt find a previous thread on me talking about that stomach pain i was having on the left hand side a while back and going on medication for an infected tube... anyway had my annual appointment with my surgeon and my bone scan results were good. In fact they were better than this time last year so I am staying on synarel and will be on it for 3 years at my next gynae appointment.
I told him about the left pain again and he sent me for a scan which i went to the next day. The sonographer was amazing, talked me through the whole thing. The first thing he said was wow your uterus is very oddly shaped and very thin lining.. i was very flattered. there was a big mass which he said was fluid and showed me my ovary and then i went to work.
Surgeon called me at work yesterday to give me the results of the scan. he said he it doesnt appear to be infection but more that my left tube and ovary are stuck to my bowel and that has caused loops of bowel to form with fluid in them creating pseudo cysts. The only way to be sure would be to go back in and take a look and that is the last thing he wants to do with me as it would create more issues and my bowel surgeon would need to get involved again. Unless im doubled over pretty much an as is scenario.
going back to my bowel surgeon next week to get something gentle that will stop this diarrhea for a little while
anyway thats my update ;D

Yay for no infection! Boo for still not knowing all that's going on. Here's hoping your bowel surgeon can help you out a bit at least!
