So i am working directly with the CEO on a report that I cant finish without the help of the finance department who are being less that helpful. The CEO wants something today, its far from finished. Yesterday I forgot to take my meds and was just a zombie and was not productive and had diarrhea all day.
Today i came into work and burst into tears at my desk and now I have people asking if im ok to which i want to tell them all to F off.
i really wish the world would just swallow me up right now.

one of the directors is going overseas for work. I told him i have excellent penmanship and would like to go with him as a note taker. it didn't go too well, I'm still at my desk  |

I understand a bit of how you are feeling. I've not been myself in a month or so. I'm going in for my third Lupron shot this week.
I hope you are feeling better soon. Sometimes you just want to go on without all the people asking how things are going. I hope I'm making sense... Probably should quit typing... Percocet just kicked in....I'll stop now. Hang in there!!!

Argh don't you hate it when you have to rely on someone else to get something finished, and they nhever get it done on time and then the blame falls on you! This happens to me putting together tender documents, i'll have it ready and then there is a big rush like an hour before its due because no one else got their sections (ie. finance) in on time.
Hang in their cass, and i hope you start feeling better soon!

SOOOOOOOOOO I went into my meeting with the CEO of the company and burst into tears!!! I feel like a massive sook and he must think i cant handle my job. I still feel like crying and dont you hate it when you dont really know why??
Cant believe i cried to the CEO Ugh!!!!!

I burst in to tears in front of my old boss/CEO at a law firm. It was SOOOO embarrassing. I felt so stupid!

I applied for another job a few weeks back doing the same role i do now but for an Australian retail Company - Myer. I got a call today and they offered me the job. 15% salary increase and a short term incentive plan as well of between 15 and 30%.
im kind of not sure what to do as i didnt expect to get it, it was more just go along no preparation and see how i went type thing. its a newly created role and not sure what to do.

oo that sounds like a cool opportunity! Just wondering, does your boss know what you're going through? I'm sorry you cried in front of him/her. Those random bursts of crying suck so bad.
About the new job, is it something that you think you'd be happy doing? How does it sound to you?

Um... he kinda just looked at me and said is it this report i got you to do... i said well a small portion of my tears relate to that but the majority are caused by the fact that i have so much on, noone wants to help me, the HR Director i report to left and the Acting one is a effing douche bag, and that noone takes responsibility for anything... its like i spend hours creating reports and they sit there doing nothing!
he said there is alot goign on at the moment and im sure many people are feeling the same way.
he looked at me and didnt say anything and im like its ok... im normally so resilient to this stuff ill be fine and started our meeting hahaha.
im sure he thinks im an incompetent psychopath!!!
