Has anyone experienced this before after a lap or even a few days after a lap? Cold legs and feet. Sometimes I am sweat too. There not just a little cold they are really cold :-( I called Dr. but he just said rubbing them or heating pad would help and on Friday would check for blood clots :-(.
My temperature is normal but I was thinking maybe it is hormones doing this.

Hi Carrie,
I had the same thing happen to me after all my surgeries. I think it's b/c you're sitting in one position for an extended amount of time and the blood isn't circulating. I wouldn't worry to much about it, especially since you're going to see the dr. on Friday. Just keep an eye on your legs and feet.
Let us know how it goes!!

I was given the coolest compression calf-socks during both of my laps. They kept me really warm. Plus, I was also given hospital bootie socks. I kept everything, and I wear them when I get cold.
