Has anyone tried this approach? It is costly but I'm wondering if it has helped people. I can't seem to find much on it other than what is on their website which looks promising! I have endo and do not want to take anything for it such as hormones. I have a lot of pain 1/2 of each month. I've had my endo lasered off but the doctor did tell me I will get it back.

I didn't try endovan, but I tried fibrovan (I don't think it is the same company). Fibrovan did not help me at all.

I'm curious about Endovan, too. I just heard of it. It sounds fine in terms of safety - it's all stuff you might encounter in food or in other supplements. I'd appreciate any info anyone might have.

I don't know how well Endovan will work, but here's my experience with Fibrovan (which was also supposed to help endometriosis). I was diagnosed by 3-D ultrasound with two smallish fibroids in 2004. I started taking Fibrovan in 2007 for about 6 months (I believe it is supposed to take 3 months). I took the aggressive dosage the whole time. After I found out I was pregnant several months ago I went for an ultra sound right away. Well, the two fibroids were still there. While I didn't compare their measurements, I would think they should have been completely dissolved after all I took with Fibrovan.
I also recommended it to my sis who has had lumps on her breasts and gets them aspirated every year or so. Nothing happened at all and she still has them. And Fibrovan is supposed to work faster with breasts (like 2 weeks).

I had great results with Fibrovan and still taking it but I had to take 9 caps per day. Nausea completely gone and pain intensity reduced by a 50/60% and it last just a few hours.

I heard that you shouldn't take fibrovan if you have adenomyosis. Since I have that, I didnt take it. I did however take Endovan. I can't say whether or not it worked. I took it for six months and didn't really notice a difference in my periods. I stopped taking it because my Naturopath had me taking all kinds of other things to get my hormones balanced. Still working on that and not taking endovan anymore. I am interested to hear what others say though because I was considering trying it again.

I have adenomyosis and I took Fibrovan for several years like I mentioned before with good results ( reduced pain by 50%) However, las year I switched to Endovan and now the pain has been reduced by 80% which is so much better I take 2 capsules of Endovan 3 times a day which is considered a high dosage. I did not have any side effects from Fibrovan and not getting any from Endovan either. I heard that you shouldn't take fibrovan if you have adenomyosis. Since I have that, I didnt take it. I did however take Endovan. I can't say whether or not it worked. I took it for six months and didn't really notice a difference in my periods. I know this topic is old as can be, but just wanted to chime in…I tried Endovan for several months - probably 6 or 7 - and had mixed results. The pain didn't really decrease, but my flow seemed to decrease a bit, which was a vast improvement for me. After a while, though, the cost just got to be too much for something I wasn't seeing truly exciting results over, so I stopped taking it. I was taking 2 pills a day - one in the morning and one at night.

Hi! 2 pills a day? that didn't do anything for my pain either. I had to take 6 pills a day of Endovan to greatly reduce the pain and that's my maintenance dose. It is expensive but worth every penny for me
