i was just curious as to what to expect when they actually remove the endo this time. my first lap was just a diagnostic, and that was last august. since then i have been on continuous birth control which did help somewhat; but then about 5 months ago i noticed a lot of pain around my bladder/urgency to go a lot. i am hoping they can laser it all off and it give me a lot of relief. my question is can you feel a significant difference in the pain/sensitivity levels from just having the lap VS having the lap and getting the lasering done? i am trying to anticipate how long i will be out of work.... also, did anyone stop taking their hormones after the endo was removed; and if so did the pain still decrease or did you have to stay on the hormones to control it? i am really trying to get OFF the hormones and not be in this medically induced menopause any longer!! thanks for any input
