i have some coconut sugar in my house right now, i used it to make some cookies. The truth is sugar is sugar and it's never going to be a health food.
I'd really like to see some articles from more scientific websites in regards to inflammation and coconut/palm sugar. it doesn't surprise me to see a positive article on a sugar company's website. Livestrong.com is a health website, but not a good source for real solid science backed by research.

But, it is nice to sweeten up my smoothie every now and then and not have dying pain later that day. It is much easier on my body than regular sugar. Junk food in moderation I suppose.
