I am so sick of being fat!!! i gained all this weight from Danazol, now im retaining water like crazy, even though i'm on a water pill... and ideas on an easy way to lose some pounds (or water )?

Cut back on salt and eat healthy foods only--complex carbs, plenty of protein, healthy fats, and TONS of water!

If you're aiming for losing some water weight too, a lot of herbal teas like nettle, camomile and peppermint are natural diuretics

are they really, cherry? i have an addiction to jasmine tea... I'll sweeten it with a bit of honey. Whats nettle tea??

nettle is made from nettles haha, you know, stingy ones? Ignore the fact that they can hurt a bit and are ugly weeds, and the tea is good for detoxing. When I drink it on a regular basis for a month a while back I felt pretty good! It's good for the heart and kidneys reportedly. I have Clipper organic nettle and peppermint. My addictable it camomile and peppermint though, whack them in a pot and I'll be drinking and peeing like clockwork hahaha

I hear you lmk1019!! I've put on weight from taking Danazol as well. My doctor told me the other day, "Danazol is good for endo but terrible for the person taking it!"
I'm trying to start a health kick because i need to loose the weight i've put on. My first thing is exercise exercise exercise!! I ride an exercise bike most nights for at least 30 minutes. Then try and add any incedental exercise, like walking to the shops at lunch time, jiggling your legs when your sitting at your desk, doing stretches while watching tv, when i make dinner i play loud music and jump and dance around...i look like an idiot but anything that gets me moving is a good thing!!
As far as diet, obviously cut out all fatty salty highly processed foods..easier said than done because i have a chocolate addiction!! So i now subsititute with small amounts of sugar free dark chocolate when i desperately need something. Try and eat as many raw foods as possible- salads are great, just make sure you add some chickpeas/lean meat/egg/cheese (whichever you prefer) for protein.
I really wish you the best of luck, because i know what your going through and its really hard!! Can i ask though what you mean by 'water pill'?
