Hi misa sorry I missed your reply, I'm definitely still a banshee but now I'm on the lower dosage of evening primrose, my PMS symptoms this month are tons better! I think though, cos I'm still so moody I will have to look into an additional supplement as I won't be going back on the pill. How are you coping with the pain xx

Hello Cherry! You are so pretty! Well I also reduced my dose of EPO and this months PMS has been 2 days instead of 10 days. What a co incidence?! I think EPO was making me worse! I wonder why this is! Is it estrogenic? Was it throwing other omega oils out of balance in our system? Either way, my pain was decreased too. Only thing is, my boobs hurt for 7 days before period instead of 3. I prefer being less moody and having achy tits haha

Hey misa, I've cut down to 1 capsule a day, and while I don't know if it's even enough to even make it worth taking, my PMT is pretty much right down... so I think it was self induced haha we'll see I'll let you know if it changes xx

Anyone able to recommend a good supplement to settle the symptoms of PMS, particularly the moody side. EPO doesn't really do the trick for me and considering I've recently spent £30 on a good sized supply I'm kicking myself a bit! Anything that you guys like and actively take would be helpful xx

The vitex has been the best thing for my moods, but thats herbal and cant be taken with hormonal therapy.
I take B complex too, and EPO (only 2gms a day now), not sure if the B complex truly helps it, but have heard it helps with pain and pms, so i take it. The EPO doesnt really help my PMS that much but it helps a little, and it does reduce clotting.
But really, its been the vitex thats truly settled my PMS. I take 2 gms a day, which is the dose for PMS and acne. My skin is really good these days, so it must be working.
