Hey, everyone!!! What are the plans for Turkey Day? My in-laws are here, and I am going to go overboard and make a 19.5 pound turkey!!!! I know that is WAYYYY too much, but I can always freeze the leftovers, what I don't send home w/ people! Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

My husband and I are just having a quiet Thanksgiving meal with just us two. We are going to stop by our neighbors for dessert and drinks and then if we have time we are either going to go sailing or go to the beach! I have a feeling we will eat too much and after we get back from dessert we won't leave our couch:-)

We don't have Thanksgiving in the UK so I was looking forward to my Christmas meal in about 4 weeks!

Dear Turkey,
Why do I have bad luck? Why did I open the refrigerator door at 9:00 tonight to find the entire bottom of the fridge covered in your blood when you were still sealed and also wrapped in a plastic bag? Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?
Dear Turkey, even though you caused me to clean up your blood (part of which was frozen blood and had to be chiseled) and sterilize the fridge for 2 hours, I do thank you for not spoiling and making me go out to buy your replacement.
Dear Turkey, please be a good boy tomorrow and cook properly!!!!
Love, Ouchy
