Hello everyone. I just had lap. 3 weeks ago and my ovaries and uterus was covered with endo. Last week I just started Depo Lupron injection for 6 months. Has anyone here had any experience with this? I'm only 25 years old and want another baby as I have a 3 year old. My husband is doing the best he can to understand the pain and agony I'm going through physically and mentally. I'm basically here just looking for people to talk to that understand what I'm going through. It's hard to work full time, be a mom, wife, daughter, and friend. It's hard to live a normal life for me right now. Any suggestions

Tinabug - Did they do anything with the endometrosis during the lap (like laser it off or excise it) or did they just do the lap to diagnose you?

mwilmot -- They lasered it off. I asked the doctor on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the worst) how bad was it. He said "about a 9..... The pics were crazy. Nobody seems to understand what it's like and now I'm second quessing starting the Depo Lupron treatment for 6 months. It's hard. I'm always exhausted and it's hard for me to be positive. Oh well - hopefully it will get better. Today is not good. I'm in so much pain that I feel like throwing up. My boss gives me a hard time saying "it's all in your head, suck it up" It doesn't help at all. Anyways - Thanks for writing and hope to hear from you soon.

hi Tinabug
i feel the same way just after my lap-( i had a laparotomy).mine was a 3rd stage and i was suppose to go on a 6 months zoladex shots. i feel very-very depress.i had never experience this before. i feel much bteer after i found this forum. all of them here are very helpful. othe rthan that i took up a hobby and i'm so engross with it that sometimes i forgot that i'm actually in pain. although being married to a Doctor, i don't rely on conventional medicine. i always believe in alternative med. a friend lent me a booklet- she actually printed out lots of information from sensiblehealth com and a went to the chinese shop and bought the chinese bitter-it's very cheap. i've just started taking it. if you want to know more let me know.
take care. i have quite a supportive boss. do talk to him and explain to him.he might not feel your pain but slowly i think he will try to understand.

Thanks Denna -
What kind of hobby did you pick up? Maybe that's what I need to do.
What is Chinese bitter?
Thanks for the support.
