Hi, Faith. Welcome to the forum. Hope you'll stick around and join! If you don't have insurance, organizations like Planned Parenthood will sometimes do surgeries on a sliding scale fee. You might try checking out the "Financial Advice" room of this forum. A lot of the women on here you'll find struggle with holding down a job. Sometimes the pain causes many of us to take time off of work. You can check out the "Alternative Treatments" room for other options in how we deal with improving our health. As far as PCOS, there was a thread started on endo and PCOS just yesterday, I think. Here is the link to the thread. cjlevett.proboards33.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1155686386Welcome again. Hope you find this website both informative and a place of escape!

Hi, denna! It is amazing how many people out there have endo! It seems like more and more people are getting checked for it/diagnosed with it.

ya i agree with you. i think many are having it but yet to be diagnosed.i'm telling anyone whom i met to go for a check up if they think something wrong with them.the worst part is knowing that you are already in stage 3 or 4 and wish if only we have known earlier...i read in another post that 1 in every 20 americans has endo-wow that is scary.i'm not so sure about my place. i think most are acually suffering in silence as not many people knows about this. yesterday, one of my colleoague said i was just pretending that i'm sick- i know he is just joking but it hurts
