Hi everyone, I had a laparascopy on Friday during which my doctor was going to perform excision and a possible ooperectomy due to cysts.
Anyway, when I came round from the operation my doctor told me that he couldn't see any signs of the endo, which was brilliant news but he said he had found a jelly like mass on my right ovary and that my CA125 test results were elevated with a result of 67. He told me he had performed a biopsy and then he left the room before I could ask any questions.
Im now sat here, in pain due to the wounds and the gas and im terrified that I have ovarian cancer. My mum had ovarian cancer at 35 years old, im 36. Does a CA125 result of 67 and this "mass" point to cancer?
Im so very frightened that im going to die and I wont see my children grow up.

Hugs to you
I really hope its nothing serious and whatever it may be they can help you
I know its easy to say but try not to panic I know its easy to jump straight to the negative
Im praying for you With ca 125 Ive read it doesnt necessarily point to cancer it just means that something isnt right it could be endo or fibroids or pelvic inflammatory disease... The doc probably testing for cancer as your mother had it at a similar age
My thoughts are with you
