If there's a thread on this already could someone please point me to it? If not, what supplements do you all take. I've read mixed things about EPO.
Thanks!

I have been thinking of taking EPO, but am not currently. I take magnesium for endo (400 mg), prescription folic acid for a blood clotting disorder, and zinc. Vitamin D during winter months. I would like to take B, but I have yet to find one that doesn't make me break out in hives.

Thanks for replying. I really don't take any supplements. I'm terrible at taking my multi-vitamin. I need to look into all of these. What is the magnesium for? I'm going to ask my doc about EPO. Do you find that the supplements are helping?

Magnesium is supposed to help ease cramping and helps with constipation. I have seen an improvement in both areas since I started taking it about 6 months back.

The funny thing is that after my lap my periods have pretty much been pain free. However, I've been having this weird, brown, watery discharge from CD 8-until. It's driving me crazy. I'm hoping it just hormones or something. I'm considering getting back on BCP.
