Hi ladies,
I am due to have my first lap with Dr. Sinervo at the CEC in Atlanta next Thurs. I thought it might be helpful to keep a sort of journal of sorts in case it could be helpful to others later, and somewhat therapeutic for myself... Especially since I haven't been diagnosed yet.
Do any of you think it would be a good idea/worth the time?

I had my surgery 19mos ago and I am still fine. 7hrs: removed rt ovary and tube, bowel resection, removed appendix, removed part of uterosacral ligament, cleaned off diaphragm and bladder. I was never in any pain. Dr. Sinervo said after what my body was accustomed to, I would feel better even right out of surgery and he was right lol (sad - lol) said I was one of the worst he'd ever seen. Still avoid soy and parabens; eat anti estrongenic foods (apples, citrus, avocado, green tea, broccoli); take milk thistle, iodine, omega 3 fatty acids, folic acid, taurine, vit c, vit d3, Mg I added vit k about 8 mos ago b/c heavy bruising n menstral bleeding; found out soy high in vit k and I don't get that, so added that and stopped bruising and flow slightly less now. I keep meaning to tell Dr. Sinervo about that . Just added quercetin and looking into Tulsi tea (which was why I got on here in the first place, but looks like no one has discussed it). Lahoma

I say everyone on here should just go see Dr. Sinervo and end the drama lol. If my living paycheck to paycheck self can do it, then you'll be good to go as long as you have decent insurance. Just made my last payment to Northside hospital ))
