Has anyone experienced increased pain after using castor oil packs? I'm worried about what can it be...
I had an appointment with my gynaecologist as I experienced annoying ovarian pain before and after menstruation as well as very long periods. I also had a cyst about 6 month ago, but OBGYN couldn't see it this time. Suspecting that I have endo, she decided to put me on Visanne and told me to wait until my next period to start taking the pills. While I'm waiting, I decided to try castor oil packs as they suppose to kill the pain and help shrink the endo. But after putting heated castor oil packs my pain increased considerably and stayed within the next 12 hours. I tried to google 'pain after castor oil' with absolutely no luck. So you're my last hope...
In what cases does heated castor oil might aggravate the pain?

If anything it may have just been the heat.
