Hi ladies,
I am sure I have read parts of this on the forum, but I can't seem to find a thread with it all there--please feel free to redirect me etc, if need be!
I wanted to ask for advice on what questions to give to my BF for post surgery? I won't likely see my surgeon until my post-op check 3 days later (although he will be available by phone and I will be spending a night at hospital), so I wanted to just have the basics for him to ask and record.
So far I have:
1. What stage was the endo in? 2. Was the endo connecting any organs together? 3. Were there any adhesions, if so, where? 4. Was there any need to biopsy anything and if so, what and why?
Also, I react terribly to anaesthesia!!... I get so sick... I have read that requesting anti-nausea meds for post surgery is wise? Does anyone have any advice on how this works or what to ask?
Thanks ladies.

If you tell the anesthesiologist how you wake up sick they can give you something in the IV before you wake up. They are pretty good about giving you whatever you need. Last surgery I had they gave me zofran in the IV but there are other anti-nausea meds so they generally make a decision on what they think is best for you. I'm like you, I wake up vomiting, dizzy, ugh.. it's awful.
