Has anyone tried foam rolling yet? It is a form of self mayofacial release and self massage that looks promising for releasing a lot of the tension in my pelvis. My pelvic physical therapist said that it could be helpful in releasing the tightness in many of my muscles. I'm just waiting for my foam roller from amazon to come and am excited to try some of the exercises. Information regarding mayofacial release and pelvic floor dysfunction, scroll down to part III: scebcapt.blogspot.com/2009_12_27_archive.htmlInformative eye candy: ;D www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYS_Yme2_M0&feature=g-hist

I have used self-massage techniques for several years, although I have never used them for my pelvic muscles (don't have issues there). I've used a roller for trigger points in my quads, t-band or hips and have a lacrosse ball and tennis ball that I use for other areas, plus an S shaped thing called a back knobber. Works really well and it's free!
