I have tried rice milk but didn't like it on my breakfast, I have now moved onto almond milk, is this ok for endo?

I think it's really up to you. There are some gals on here who know a lot more about what foods are helpful/harmful with endo and why so I hope they chime in, but I've gotten the impression that everybody's body is a little different and certain things that help or hurt in one person's diet might have a different effect in another's. I personally drink almond milk all the time -- I think that out of all of the alternatives, it tastes the most like regular milk (I drink the original one -- not flavored vanilla or chocolate)! I've never noticed any differences in my pain when I do or don't drink it.

Nuts in any form seem to make me bloated. Though I've had it before, I generally don't use any sort of milk substitute because I've given up most foods that require it, specifically gluten & oats. Like Jess said, everyone is different - try it, see how you feel.

Nuts in any form seem to make me bloated. quote] I have almond milk daily - I wonder if that could be another part of my continual endo belly that I can't get rid of....hmmmm....

I use rice milk when I use "milk", which is only when I'm baking my gluten-free bread. I seem to be fine with it. Rice milk also, oddly enough, has more nutrition than almond milk. go figure.

Check out coconut milk by Simply Delicious in the green carton. It has no sugar and its delish. I have a tough time finding it and usually have to go to Whole Foods to get it. It dairy free and gluten free
