I was awakened this morning at 3am with excruciating pain. It was burning and it was so bad I was actually getting nauseous from the pain. I just had my period, so I THOUGHT the worst was over. I had tears in my eyes as I forced myself to get out of bed. I scavenged around the house for some pain reliever. I went back to bed and clenched my teeth until the pain meds made an impact. It felt like an eternity. I have stayed true to the diet and I just don't know what could have caused it. The only thing I could think of is dehydration. Would my being dehydrated have caused such an intense pain? I have a tendency to try and rationalize everything... I guess with endo it could be just a random pain. Boy, do I miss sleeping...

OUCH! That's really awful. So you weren't on your period? I really can't tell what caused it. Maybe a cyst ruptured? I used to have similar episodes if my husband and I had sex right before going to bed. I'd wake up suddenly feeling like I was in labor. Did the medicine give you any pain relief?

That sucks, I don't know what it could have been. Are you feeling better today?

My husband and I did have sex right before I went to bed... but that was at like 9:00. Wouldn't the pain have come on sooner than 6 hours? Semi- No, I am not. I have been feeling terrible. I am nauseous and in constant pain with those terrible sharp pains that make me keel over in pain. I find myself clenching and grinding my teeth from the pain. I find myself thinking that I actually might be dying. Maybe I have cancer or something? Who knows... I don't have the insurance or the money to pay for a diagnosis so if I really am dying, I wouldn't know. Life pretty much sucks at this point in time. Looking forward to when it will get better.

I guess with endo it could be just a random pain. I feel the same way sometimes. Random pain that doesn't make sense. last week my back was killing me, I couldn't have made it through work without vicodin. I feel like that is something that has been hard for me to accept with endo, not having an explanation for some of the pain.

I woke up last night with terrible pain... It's continuing into today I'm supposed to go to dinner with a friend in an hour but I may have her drive me to an urgent care. I'm miserable, I know how you feel. It sucks.
