Haha like what I did there?
Anyway. Hi. I'm Aly and I'm 26. I'm 99% sure I have endometroisis - my gyno has ruled out everything else. I had a cyst removed from my fallopian tube 3 years ago before I had any pelvic pain that I have now and my doctor saw no adhesions then so it developed since that surgery apparently. For the last year I've been having a stabby pain in my pelvis - mostly on the right side - that i only recently realized occurs when I have my period. It sometimes happens at other times of the month, most likely when I'm ovulating.
Because my doctor thought I might have been having cysts rupture since that happened once before. I was on continuous birth control for a while and since I didn't have my period, I didn't have the pain.
So thats fun.
But now - for the last few days, I've been having pain when I sit down. It goes away after a few seconds and sometimes pain again when I stand up. What the what?
I want to have surgery but we're switching insurance companies June 1 to an insurance with no deductible. I'm going on a trip mid June so I wouldn't have surgery until July. And then theres the whole my gyno's practice doesn't seem like they take the new insurance so I may have to find a new one.
*complain*

Hi,
Welcome to the board. In my experience it could take a couple of months to schedule a surgery. So your insurance should be active by then. No co pay is great I am going for surgery May 14Th and my co pay is $250.00.
