I've been feeling extremely drowsy and just generally slow these past few weeks. I've been trying to eat really well and have cut out most bad things. For instance, caffeine is really bad for endo. It causes a lot of pain and cramping. As soon as my naturopath mentioned this to me, I stopped drinking coffee all together. I only drink green tea sparingly and plenty of herbal teas (decaf). It is amazing how much better I already feel in that respect. Also, even if the coffee is decaf there are many offending oils in coffee that are hard on the kidneys and liver. Stay away from coffee for 2 weeks and while it's difficult to do, it's VERY rewarding.
Exercising is still a tough one for me but I know that if I do Yoga a couple of times a week, things are so much better for me. The natural high one gets from being active cannot be compared to any beverage induced energy boost.

I went off coffee a while ago, your right, it does help. Been still drinking an organic decaf but, so im not perfect. I had a real coffee a few days ago for the first time in ages and it made me more tired!!! So, steering clear again, lesson learnt, stick to tea.
Glad everything your doing is working, hope it only keeps getting better for you.
