I was wondering is it safe to continuosly use the natural pro-gest cream without stopping at all?
since I no longer have a uterus I do not know when my cycle is, so I just started the cream, used it for three weeks and then took one week off
during the week off my pain was worse than ever, so I was wondering if its ok and safe to just go ahead and use it with no brakes at all?
I apprechiate any help or advice especially if anyone here has tried that

I guess that would be like taking continuous progestin only pills (except using a natural progesterone cream). Even though you don't have a uterus, you can still find when your cycle starts/stops by charting your temperatures. If you are doing the 3 weeks then 1 week off not timing it w/ your cycle, I would assume it could really mess w/ your cycle. Probably the best way would be to chart your temps and find when your cycle really starts and pinpoint ovulation and take the progesterone cream from there. Maybe you should check it out w/ your gynecologist or something.
