Annnnnnnnnnd it worked. Now that I'm over that anemic nausea, I'm bloody starving. The world is my dinner! I really want a steak, cos I'm a t-rex in disguise! xx

Ouchy the way you type that expression of excitement, I see you morphing into the pilsbury dough boy and throwing your arms in the air and shouting it out in his voice! I think you guys call it something different over there though xx

Hi cherry, your symptom is more like my elder sister's symptom. She also has endless period many times. Her dr. put her on pill, it works for her. For me, always moer veg like carrot, spenach, broccoli and planty of orange, lime, grap fruit works in high and long bleeding.
kb and ouchy, u guys were talking about black cohosh. Did any spasialist recommend you or anybody can have it with no bad effect? Thanks.

My naturopath recommended it to me back when I was in 6th grade. If you are worried about effects, I would ask a naturopath on your own. Obviously, we can't give that type of medical advice.

Wasnt recommended, did my own research and decided to give it a go. If i had bad effects i would have stopped taking it.
I just add one thing at a time so i know if its helping or not.
