I heard that Detoxifying bath can help clear the toxins from our body. Today I bought lEpsom salt with lavender. Now I am concern whether it is ok to use for endo. Please if anyone has any experiance with Detoxifying bath, let me know. It will be a great help. Thanks...

I've used Epsom salt for a while. It's very soothing. I prefer Dead Sea salts, but those are way more expensive. Dead Sea salts are the best, because they contain the highest concentration of minerals. You might be able to get some from a health food store...or buy them on e-Bay directly from Israel at a discount.

Thanks Ouchy for your link. I tried the epsome salt bath and realy felt cool and refreshing inside me. ...What do you mean "inside" you? I've read you can use it as an enema, but I've only used it as bath salt.

Hi ouchy,
Sorry for the misleading word. I actually meant how refreshing and calm I felt after the bath. I also use it as a bath salt. Now I am planning to use some anti-inflammatory essential oil for bath to see action…

Oh, and for you PCOSers out there, it's supposedly able to help with insulin levels as well...

I'm using the dead sea salts, with rose petals and frankincense. Nice!

I used Radox a couple of months ago for the nostalgia factor... never again. It made me so itchy the next day that I had to be sent home from work!

Sorry, but that's kinda funny.......I know how bad itching can get though. Had urticaria for 7 months and itched head to toe non stop the entire time. Except when drunk!

Oh itchiness is my pet hate, it drives me to the brink of insanity! You would have laughed to see me but I was frantic and wild eyed and had to keep running to the loo to take my clothes off and scratch myself to bits, then in the cab on the way home the driver stopped the car at one point cos he could feel shaking and hear quiet snuffling and thought I was having a seizure! I was covered in red welts and after I'd had another bath with good old Sanex, I slept like a baby

It makes me laugh in hindsight. The driver pulled over and I was like 'huh?' then he got out and peered at me through the window. When he explained he actually said 'rocking' and 'snuffling' which made me laugh out loud. I am now mindful of my breathing and try not to breathe too loud when I have an itch.
