hi Nicola agnus castus formula will help with endometriosis, and combined with Endo-M-Curb (a specialist product for endometriosis which is not on our web site, its one I normally only use with patients where relevant) it should be eliminated completely, though it can take as much a year. if you want to get this product let me know. there is nearly always a candida link too. regarding oxygen therapy: ozone by vaginal insulfflation helps, but it takes quite a lot of treatment. therefore I usually only recommend it as PART of an overall program best wishes mark The Finchley Clinic I have bought candida products from Mark and just enquired if he had any thing for endo , he is very informative on many ailments and always answers emails . his email is www.thefinchleyclinic.com/index.html I am on his products for candida and others for endo at the moment that i already started. Good luck and any other people with candida /endo would love to hear wht you have been told to take!!

I have heard about Agnus castus, known here as Chaste berry. I used to take it and it would bring on my periods, but I am still confused if that is something I need to do. I am on the pill, and don't know if this contradicts what the chaste berry would do.
I am also on the hunt for Endo-M-Curb but cannot find anything online about it. I am in the states so maybe it is UK based product??

If you are on the pill, you're actually not having a real period anyway; rather, you're having a withdrawl bleed. There's probably no need to induce the periods if you have scheduled breaks and get your "period."

Ouchy,
in your experience do you think it is better to get off the pill and have a natural cycle? My instinct tells me yes, but I find it to be the most convenient birth control method. I cannot tell if it helps my symptoms or makes them worse (a little scared to try)

Hi, jp. Only you and your doctor can decide that. For me, it was definitely the right decision. However, each person is different. The pill is one of the most convenient methods of birth control, and if you are not prepared to have a baby, then some type of contraception would be needed if you were to try a hiatus from the pill. How is your significant other w/ the idea of condoms?
