hello everyone,
I just wanted to ask if anyone has taken Noni Juice daily on a regular basis and if it has helped with endo. I started it 1 week ago. Apparantly it takes about 2 months to see full benefits. Already I have noticed I am sleeping better, better bowel movements and practically no bloating can you believe. my abdomen doesnt swell up the moment I eat something. and thats only after 1 week. I think endo has alot to do with bad digestion since it overloads the liver, then the liver can not get rid of endo, its a whole auto-immune thing.
Noni Juice significantly improves digestion. has anyone gotten rid of their endo symptoms by simply improving their digestion? (and Im talking over a period of a couple of months, long enough to notice an improvement in digestion) my tongue had a thick white coating on it, I could tell my digestion was crap, I was also constipated all the time, now Im taking Noni, the constipation is better, and my tongue looks pink and healthier. you can always tell how bad your digestion is (and liver for that matter) by looking at your tongue. I think endo is alot like Leaky Gut syndrome. the body becomes overloaded with junk pretty much that the liver cant process it all and the toxins spill over into the bloodstream. doesnt that sound like the same principle for endo, which are growths outside of where they are supposed to be.

Hi, Helen. I have not tried Noni Juice, but I have improved my endo symptoms greatly by taking fiber, which has greatly improved my digestion. A lot of info and research points also to endometriosis causing an all-over-body inflammation response, which in turn causes even the smooth muscle (like the intestines) to become inflamed, leading to irritable bowel-like symptoms and digestion problems. A lot of us also have actual endometriosis on our bowels, causing problems and "kinks" in the system.
I have had endo since I was 12 years old, and my liver tests always come back really good. I have them tested every year. I've never had any liver difficulties due to my endo, but you are right in that liver problems can show digestive problems. Sometimes one of the liver tests that can be bad are triglycerides, and that usually deals w/ fat digestion, if I remember right. Having elevated triglycerides can also signal that hepatitis tests should be done.
A white tongue can also be a sign of thrush, a yeast infection of the mouth. I've read that having a problem w/ yeast can lead to leaky gut.

I also heard about Noni Juice. I am in USA. Can you tell me where I can get it? Is it a special kind of juice?
Thanks...

Hi ouchy, I think I also improved my endo symptoms by taking fiber, water. I've little digestion problem. Not too frequent. Right now I am only depending on proper food. As I only diagnosed with sever endo 1 and 1/2 month ago, I am not very sure which treatment will be best for me. I am just collecting info. I don't like to take medicine frequently. I don't know what is store for me in future. This web site is helping me a lot.

Beware of the high sugar content in Noni Juice. If you are floowing an endo diet...noni is a no-no!
