Has anyone found that when you are under duress (when arguing, running late, waiting for something) or under stress for a period of time, that your pain flares up like hell! I have even noticed that in a stressfull situation I get the pain in my abdomen down on the left, under my diaphragm on the right and in my right kidney, but then my head starts hurting too! I never used to suffer headaches! Anyone familiar with this?

Oh yeah! Thats how I know things are getting to me. My endo tells me when I'm stressed. I also find that I can't sleep.

Ha well besides telling me I'm stressed my endo (I call her Virginia, as in the Virginia Creeper which turns a lovely shade of red in the autumn) also tells me 'I don't like exercise... and I don't like you turning over in your sleep... and I don't like you full stop' and then proceeds to stab and poke and pull at me. It's like having a really mean spirited conscience! Oh but the last thing you need when you are feeling the heat is to starting throbbing all over! Anyone have any idea how to get around this, I try not to take voltarol unless it's really bad... And I'm running out of batteries for my tens!
