I do now one friend who does energy healing called Reiky. He actually takes you're energy and hes and concentrates that energy where you need it. Like telling you're body what you have and make your body do the work. For more information on what my friend does; www.reiki-questions.comMany people are starting to go for treatment like this. i believe in it because you feel weird after a session, lite weigh and dehydrated

Some people receive a lot of help from such a people but you have to be very carefull too! This person has to really know what they are doing! I have "healed" myself this way and gave a lot of money and in the end not only I didn't get any better, I got worse! I got other illnesses that I didn't had before and months after that I got into depression /whish was the worsed time in my life!/! The thing is that if the person that heals you have energy but doesn't know very well what is doing they can open your aura and mix up your own energy center so later you can very easy become mentaly ill!

I went to a hypnotherapist for my endo. She made me a CD and everything. It really helps with pain, but you have to have enough time to really get into it, relaxation and all that.

Hi, My Mum-in-law-to-be is a Reiki master, so I have reiki and polarity treatments every now and then.
I am not totally convinced that the treatments are effective in healing the endo, but I am so relaxed and feel so great during and after treatments, that i figure they have to be doing something good!!!

It's interesting to hear how calming it can be. Goes to show that the person really must know what they are doing.

Dinah, I've been considering hypnotherapy. Since I haven't found anyone to refer me to a specific hypnotherapist, I'm considering investing in some CDs. Which ones do you use?
