Okay ladies i am not sure if anyone has said this before but we discovered that bio oil is great for pain during sex.
its pretty awesome!!!!

not dumb at all, much like you would lubricant Put it on your hoooha its awesome. one of the things i struggle mostly is the inability of sex, until the past 12 months i putting a tampon in was too painful i almost screamed and this stuff basically took almost all the pain away. its amazing. usually its used for scars, pregnancy, stretchmarks and what not. sorry if tmi everyone.

Wow!! We have that here and it's main use is scarring etc! I didn't know you could use it like that, really interesting.

That's a really good idea! I think it might also be good for the soreness around the area caused by having to wear huge pads for over a week every month!
I'm definitely going to try it next time I'm on my period and hopefully it will help with my nappy rash!x

I've found that the zinc oxide skin protectant is good for irritation down there--same stuff you use for a baby's bum when it gets diaper rash. Since I spend a ridiculous number of hours on a bicycle seat, I've become an expert on this problem! I'm also allergic to almost all pads/tampons--even the organic natural ones bother me (I assume this is partly the bicycle seat's fault). The diva cup is the best thing that has ever been invented, in my opinion.
