I've heard it called a 'meat baby' (Pretty) or I think we could safely call it a 'wheat baby' (Gem). Quite fitting, I think, based on the most recent posts here!

Hmmm I'm starting to realize that I need to try to give up dairy again. I really don't think I feel any problems from it but the more I read the more I wonder.... This is gonna be a hard one.

Have feta. Have goats cheese. Have lactofree milk. I can't say I'm missing dairy, or sugar, or wheat, one little bit.

I tried to be vegan for a while and failed after a few months, all because of cheese. I'm not doing so well on the dairy free now--mostly there, but not 100%.
Hells, why is feta ok?

I think I read somewhere that the more cheese is aged, the less lactose it has. Is that why feta is OK?

Because it's not from cow's milk. I think it's goat or sheep?
