This is a big cause of my pain atm. I'm used to niggly everyday pains but even with taking the pill back to back, I find that my body follows my sister's cycle, as she has always been regular as clockwork. I think I ovulate, I have build up pain, pain and bloating during her period (no cramping though) and I go as white as a sheet but I don't bleed, at all. I used to spot a tiny bit but that's stopped too. Even my sleeping patterns shift during the 4 weeks. She recently changed the date of her periods as she was put on a new pill (she is treated for PCOS) and hey presto, my cycle changed with hers! So um, we know who is dominant is our household haha! I haven't had many cycles since my diagnosis and you could set your time by her natural cycle so it makes sense. So if anybody wants to talk about hormone treatments and still feeling some cycle going on feel free to pop it in here. I'm taking Yasmin and my last break was in September. Currently in freaking agony (about to go medicate) and awaiting use of a good TeNS next week! Also, if anyone has found a good supplement that helps lessen the effects feel free to share. I think I should go back on starflower oil, evening primrose was no good but that worked a treat.

I completely understand what you mean. I too am on continueous birth control, and have not had a period for a very long time, but once a month my emotions get even worse, and I get crabby, and crammpy, I have thought of it as an absent period. All the symptoms, but no bleeding. Can`t even catch a break there....
