1 Cup Flour -
*1 Cup Barley Flour (Pie Crust)
*1 Cup Rice Flour (Cookies, Cakes, Breads) (My Mother uses this and likes it, again I haven't tries this either but I will soon and will let you know)
I hope this helps I do have a few paragraphs on
*Foods to avoid
*How to Substitute Healthy Ingredients in Recipes
*How to substitute for Dairy Products
*How to Substitute for Caffeinated Foods and Beverages
*How to Substitute for Sugar
*How to Substitute for Salt
*Hoe to Substitute for Wheat Flour
*How to Substitute for Alcohol
If anyone whats me to write it up I will. But hopefully gave you some ideas.
I find this a very hard diet to follow, I have never been able to stick to a plan and have been having a very difficult time with this. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to keep on track!?
