Has anyone ever taken Lyrica (anti-seizure medication) for endo pain? I went to a pain clinic and that's what they prescribed, saying that my pain is actually my abdomen experiencing "mini-seizures". I'm just curious if this has worked for anyone. Any input would be appreciated! Katie

I have read that people with endometriosis experience seizures in their fallopian tubes and GI tracts due to too much insulin, although this is certainly not the only thing causing pain. I have never heard of prescribing seizure medicine for it, I've just heard about trying to avoid foods that contribute to the seizures, like high-glycemic carbohydrates that make your blood sugar go way up and then shoot back down, and caffeine.
