I am really finding it really hard to deal with the whole endo thing at the moment, i'm feeling quite down and thats just not me. I have coped with this for the last 10 years but finding things difficult at this stage. I think the main problem is that my husband and I would love to start a family but I scared that we won't be able to and it will be because of me. My husband is very supportive but I think it all up to me mentally to get through this. I would love to hear from anyone with suggestion on how to cope and deal with this.

Hi Kym, seen you after a few weeks now! Its natural but sometimes so hard for us to deal with this feeling 'I would love to start a family but I m scared that we won't be able to and it will be because of me'. I do get it too, but you know if it was in your hands you would never let it happen? Isn't it? So its nothing to blame on ourselves, and you are so lucky to have a supportive husband as well.. Reading positive stories would help you stay positive, infact there is a complete thread in 'fertility advice and support' forum about it. I'll be joining you a few months later on ttc list with same concerns I recently bought TCOYF by Toni Weschler and looking forward to know more about my body, my cycles and my fertility.. I am sure that's going to give me confidence to deal with it as well.. And then, we are all here to support each other through this, chin up girl!

I know the feeling babe, I'm struggling a bit at the mo, but you know it'll pass, right? Chin up, find yourself something to treat yourself with for a little boost x

Have yourself a good cry if you feel the need, get it out of your system. And then find something to hold onto for hope. Put a new plan in action, read a book that gives you some hope, read through a few positive threads on here. And lean on that fantastic hubby of yours!
