Has anyone tried laughter yoga, it is basically a class that all you do for 1 hour is laugh in different forms. Well if you want a work out for your core muscles this is great. I was out of breat within 5 minutes of starting. I also am very excited as I get to become a Laughter Leader. My work has a Laughter Yoga club. And I will get to lead it once a week. If you are having trouble with other forms of exersize this is for you. And it can be done anywhere once you know the concept.

I am serious, but your face doesn't hurt as much as your whole abdomine, until you are use to it. It works all your core abdominal muscles.
