Hi ladies,
Not been on here for a while. Hope you're all well.
Anyone got any thoughts on trapped wind? I'm 25 weeks and have been taking Psyllium Husk to help control constipation. Now I think its contributing to the most terrible wind! I'm going to stop taking it and find another remedy. I think I also must have some old scarring around my bowel or something because the pain really is bad, just where I think my colon ends/rectum - sorry TMI! Baby fine though still moving. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hmm, I think my good friend had a problem with excess gas when she was pregnant, too. She didn't have endo or any other complications, but when she talked to her doc about it, her doc thought it might be due to the vitamins she was taking. At her doc's suggestion, she reduced her vitamins to every other day and was able to get some relief. Might be something worth discussing! Glad things are going well otherwise! Keep us updated!!

How about soluble fibres? It's not typically natural but I find that they hardly give any extra gass but good relieve of constipation at the same time. Same goes for my BF who is very sensitive to normal fibres but soluble fibre is no problem.
