I'm not sure if this is the appropriate area for this post, so feel free to move it or point me in the right direction.
I've been taking Yaz for the past two years but only recently started taking it continuously. I took the regular pack in May but instead of taking the placebo pills at the end of the month, I started the next month's pack. The problem is, my pharmacy didn't have the prescription ready in time and I started the June pack a day late. Since I missed first day of the second continuous month, I took two pills to sort of catch up. I missed the pill one day in May around the time I would normally be ovulating and my husband and I had sex that day and a couple of days around it.
I have no idea what's going on with my body, but I think that I could be pregnant. I've had no bleeding since the end of April but I'm not sure if that's caused by the continuous bcps or not. I've also been having weird twinges but that could be a number of different things. I don't know what to expect with this whole continuous bcp thing. If I suspect that I am pregnant, should I stop taking the pill until I find out for sure?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated because I've been stressing out about this for a few days now and I have no idea what's going on.

I think an obvious question might be: have you taken a pregnancy test?

Unless the pill just isn't working for you, you should be okay. You did the right thing by doubling-up. And even if you didn't double-up, that would have been your withdrawal week when you would have only had placebo or nothing. I say test to put your mind at ease. I think it will be negative (unless your pills weren't working to begin with).

Karen and Cass- I was told that any pregnancy test would give a false result because I was taking the pill. That didn't really sound right to me, but the friend that gave me that information went through a similar situation. She took a test while she was still on the pill which came out negative. It turned out that she was actually pregnant. I don't know if that's the norm, but I figured I would get some feedback before going out and buying a test.
Ouchy- Anytime I miss a day, I always double up the following day. I'm just nervous because the friend I mentioned above only missed one pill and ended up having a baby! Should I have had any bleeding since this is my first two months on continuous pills? I thought I was going to have at least some spotting or something. My doctor just told me to do it but didn't really explain what to expect.

I'd say you have a few options:
If you feel uncomfortable continuing on the pill, stop. Take a HPT. If it comes out negative and you are not bleeding, I'd say head to the Dr for a blood test. Tell the the situation.
Or, you could continue on the pill. Personally, I never had any bleeding my first time on continuous BCPs.

The hormones in the pill dont' affect pregnancy tests, which measure pregnancy hormone. If it's been more than 2 weeks since the flub, your test should be valid.
